Cheesey, and fun. The critics and fans didnt get where Burton was coming from, in this modern day 50's B-movie. and thats all the film is and it should have been treated as such, dont expect a flawless story, but expect a fun time and a real example of modern day schlock.
it should have gotten a better rap than it did.
