The weaving stories envolving a group of couples highlight a rather slow portrayal of "married life". I was hoping for more suspense and excitement as the plot thickened. Instead, the dull mood persisted and characters were left to live out there lives accepting what goes on behind closed doors.
Cooper, Clarkson and McAdams can be superb in supporting roles, but struggled captivating me in their lead roles.
