Review of Marnie (1964) by Jeff B — 07 Jan 2008
Outstanding performance by Connery, Hedren was good as well. A movie that stays with you. The end of an era in a way because Robert Burks and Bernard Herrmann passed away after this one. The conclusion of the film is classic Hitchcock and memorable.
This might have been Herrmann's best score, outside of Taxi Driver.
