Review of Marnie (1964) by Dylan M — 02 Apr 2008
Despite a ludicrous plot, a dated style (this could have been made in 1950), an overbearing score and a HORRIBLE performance by Tippi Hedren, it's a testament to Hitchcock that this is even a little watchable.
Connery's cool, but man, compared to VERTIGO, this really does look like a nicely photographed turd.
