Review of Marnie (1964) by Matthew O — 27 Aug 2008
Underrated Hitchcock with terrific performances from not only Tippi Hedren and Sean Connery, but also Louise Latham as Marnie's mother. Great use of color and suspense - the opening shots are worth checking this out alone.
Interesting to note as well that this was Bernard Herrmann's last score for a Hitchcock film and also the last time Tippi Hedren would work for Hitch.
