Review of Marnie (1964) by Daniel A — 12 Mar 2009
Some interesting shots (as is normal for Hitchcock), but definitely in the bottom tier of Hitch's movies that I've seen. It's a little too long, and the misogyny is definitely more overt in this movie than in others, and it's a little too strong to ignore.
Hedren and Connery do alright with their roles, but neither is spectacular. Definitely a disappointment.
