Review of Marnie (1964) by Brian D — 07 Aug 2010
I personally feel this is Hitchcock's worst film. The acting is good, but the whole story is really just short of unbelievable. The suspense really isn't that great and I don't find the film that interesting at all.
Certainly Hedren's character is the most interesting as she's the one enveloped in mystery, but really I find myself not really caring as to her mystery in this film.
I still lack the answer to the question, "Why do I care?".
