Review of Marnie (1964) by Kevin M. W — 30 Jan 2013
The scene where Marnie calls Mark "Freud" reminded me the entire 2 grueling hours of interview with the President of 2 AFSB. So little we really know about our instincts.Tippi is perfect though I initially loathed Sean Connery cause I thought there was something funny going on with his "well tended" eyebrows and that effervescent pout, then he to eased into the mold of Hitchcock's suave saviour out to rescue his damsel in distress.
Unlike other works, there is no suspense but it's a story well told.
