Masterful film done to perfection. Be it the soundtrack, the acting, or the script, this film was so solid, and I simply loved it. So real, yet heartwarming; I'm not ashamed to say I teared up there at the end.

I also enjoyed how the story passed the time over the years, instead of focusing on just one segment of time - I've always said one of the telltale signs of a great film is one where you don't find yourself checking the clock; it literally flies by.

. almost too quickly. Owen Wilson and Jennifer Annison enjoyed fantastic chemistry, and I was thoroughly impressed by them both, even with Mr. Wilson's poor emoing there at the end. My other complaint would be with respect to how perfect their kids end up being; for a film that was so raw and relatable (I could honestly see my parents in this), that one part took me away from their world a bit, which was a shame.

Regardless, an immensely enjoyable film for anyone (not just you dog lovers!) that will make you earnestly smile from the bottom of your heart. Oh, and by the way, Jennifer Aniston is still hot :P.
