Seagal has maybe two good, brainless guilty pleasures on his resume. The rest is crap like this. Jamaicans kill Seagal's partner, evil ones who sell weed and crack to high-schoolers. They can't stay on their sunny Carribbean island so they're MARKED FOR DEATH.
