This movie is consistently entertaining, but that doesn't mean it's competently made. The stereotyped Jamaicans, a scowling and remarkably sadistic Seagal, a typical drug ring plotline, and some incredibly unconvincing gore effects add up to a great little time-waster.
Back when Seagal's movies didn't depress me.
