Review of Margin Call (2011) by Dany L — 12 Mar 2014
This movie has a stellar cast of actors but none of the characters are really fleshed out well and the filmmakers really lay it on thick with how despicable these people are or how despicable we're supposed to see them.
I wish there was more dialogue and less monologue. There are some people we're supposed to sympathize/empathize with but that sentiment doesn't come across well either. On a good note, Jeremy Irons steals every scene he is in as the sly fox C.
E.O. of the company.
