Review of Margin Call (2011) by Gordon T — 10 Feb 2012
WALL STREET 1.2 The'90s (even though its a 21st century-produced film).
Godless-people leading Godless, empty-lives.
Goldman/Sacks?
Zachery Quinto IS SPOCK playing a Rocket Scientist in a Wall Street company.
Demi Moore is On the Edge of a Nervous Breakdown her voice expresses nervous tension that goes beyond her character (Ashton must have recently left her--she's falling to pieces).
The movie is really empty and godless . . . balanced upon the love of money.
They guy who got fored at the beginning explains how he built a bridge in Ohio now to help people, now he is supposed to sell bridges to people.
Its great to see the guy who played Reilly in LAND OF THE DEAD; I don't think anyone who likes Margin Call would like LAND OF THE DEAD.
Jermey Iron's talent is wasted on a shallow script. Irons will make an excellent COUNT DRACULA one day.
. . . . MARGIN CALL is WALL STREET 1.2 (WALL STREET 1999 even though its made in the 21st Century).
Kevin Spacey . . . again talent WASTED on poor scripting.
