There was no reason this needed to be almost 3 hours! The biggest problem by far is that Lisa as a character is a shitty person. It's not as simple as just saying "the crash made her say and do stupid things" but even before that, she just isn't a nice person.
I found no evidence to support her side of the movie and found myself leaning toward Mark Ruffalo's side. I still liked some of it but when it was over, I couldn't find a reason to really care about Lisa or the movie itself.
