I don't think I've ever sat through a longer two and a half hours in my life. That's not to say there's nothing good about this movie, because the acting is incredible. Anna Paquin is phenomenal in her role, even if the character is really not very likeable.
It's just... plot-wise, there is nowhere near enough to warrant such a lengthy running time. I stuck with it because the performances were worthwhile, but beyond that it's painfully dull.
