Morgan Freeman makes this documentary :that much better:
Essentially captures all of the good and the bad the Emperor Penguins endure in their lifespan. Sad at times; adorable at times - you can feel the emotions, unless you have no heart.
Really sad when it shows the female mother trying to steal anothers' chick after she loses her own in a massive snow storm.
