I've always enjoyed this film... I've probably watched it 6 times in my life and it's great each time.
The cast is fantastic and the tension that's built up throughout the film is where the term "edge of your seat" probably originated from.
Great action sequences and dialogue between Hoffman and Olivier. As a noted "method actor" of his times, Hoffman's talents are very organic and realistic where Olivier's are extremely well crafted and meticulously planned to the point of being PERFECT.
You might not want to visit your dentist after this film but you will want to watch it again....
