Review of Manufactured Landscapes (2006) by Sarah H — 17 May 2008
An interesting attempt at presenting a balanced perspective on the issue of global resources. Burtynsky claims to offer the viewer an opportunity to see the world's resources being used without taking sides (although the process of selection and framing does undermine this).
It is meant to be thought provoking rather than didactic.
