Review of Manufactured Landscapes (2006) by Ryan W — 17 Aug 2008
Unravels at a painstakingly sluggish pace, but it's appropriate for the stunning imagery they're attempting to present. Edward Burtynsky objectively finds beauty in the epic scale of industries, naturally observing the environments without intervention.
It's a beautifully shot nature film, in a way. One of the best "boring" films I've ever seen.
