If it wasn't for the meaningless excess footage, the awkward Torgo costume, the terrible special effects, the often moronic dialogue, the poorly directed "action", and the story just failing to build on itself to lead to anything meaningful, Warren's idea for a movie might have become something worthwhile.
Well, I'd still take it over a Friedberg and Seltzer movie.
