For a comedy film, jokes seem to be few and far between. There also seems to be a lack of stakes here. The story is interesting enough to hold one's attention throughout, but never really becomes exciting.
It has a couple of touching moments, though. On the whole, I'd say it's worth checking out if you're in the mood for something really simple.
