Pure genius from Lustig. A serial killer is on a murdering orgy on the streets of New York but he just happens to be a cop. It is up to Bruce Campbell, Laurene Landon and Tom Atkins to hunt down and stop this sick fuck.
So many quality scenesespecially the Terminator rip off attack on the Police station. A decent yet cheesey score from Jay Chattaway and class as always from Richard Roundtree.
