Two and a half stars. Ahhhhhh MANIAC COP!!! I liked this movie, it was alot of fun. I mean - LOOK AT THE CAST. Atkins, Campbell, Roundtree...you can't go wrong!! One thing thou: this movie could have BEEN MUCH BETTER. I felt there should have been more variety in the kills, more gore, yes i'm a sick bastard. A better horror soundtrack would have helped too.
But all things said - I liked Maniac Cop. Good clean trashy fun that could have been a real classic with some tweeking. Bruce Campbell's response when caught in bed with another woman is PRICELESS!!!
