Deeply unsettling art house horror. Elijah Wood is phenomenal and terrifying, despite rarely even seeing his face. The killer POV filmmaking puts you in the shoes of a psycho, which is a place most people won't feel comfortable in.
For those who can stomach it, Maniac is brilliant and worth checking out.
