Review of Maniac (2012) by Carabo P — 04 May 2013
A true blue horror film: a brilliant blend of sexuality and dementia spun with the much appreciated P.O.V. gimmick that distorted the rules of classic horror films (with much thanks to the many beautiful women as well as the amazing Elijah Wood taking on the iconic scalper Frank role, but making it his own beast).
this is an example of remake (and horror film) done right.
