I feel dirty. Disturbed. Maybe a little sick.
So it did it's job then.
It's hard to say that anyone can actually really enjoy this film. It's pretty disturbing stuff, but that is what it is made for. But although I am aware that this is the point of the film, I still didn't really enjoy it.
The film isn't scary, which is one of it's major flaws, but it is just violent for the sake of being violent. The POV gimmick is clever, but doesn't fully pay off.
The main problem is that the film very quickly gets repetitive, and although it works in the fact that you instantly squirm when you know where it is going, it still drags.
This would have worked better as a short film, me thinks.
But hey. It's violent and disturbing. If that's what you want.
That's what you get. Most definitely.
