A terrfic serial killer film with a strong preformance by Joe Spinell as the killer and bloody gory SFX by the legandary Tom Savini ( who's work inculdes friday the 13th,Dawn of the Dead,and Day of the Dead).
Plot wise its average : set in NYC Frank a crazed maniac goes on a blood crazed rampage killing women due to the torment of his memories of his mother however he befriends a female fashion photographer who is unaware he is the crazed maniac the police are after.
