Downbeat, depressing and ugly, yet highly worth watching for Joe Spinell who can take a loathsome character make it thoroughly believable. However, be warned, as I have mentioned above, this an ugly, depressing, downbeat movie.
.But the Drive-In must watch meter goes way high on this one!
