Joe Spinell effectively plays an extremely deranged creep who is into scalping women and putting their hair on mannequins in his apartment. Geez louise was this warped and depraved. Had I not have seen Spinell in Rocky or the Godfather I wuld think he really was this nut.
The Tom Savini makeup effects are stellar with the whole blast to the head in the car. Recommended for midnight movies for sure.
