The film itself is alright, dated but interesting. However, all those people who say Brian Cox's Lector is better than Anthony Hopkin's... you people are on mind altering substances. Cox is one of my all-time favorite actors, but his Lector is a minor character.
Hopkin's Lector permeates every scene of each of the three films he's made, even though he's only in a few of them.
