Not as good as the remake Red Dragon but it isn't a total loss. I guess it looks good, some of the acting is decent, has some thrilling moments and it is stylish, cool and at the same time terrifying but a lot of the story seems rushed and Hannibal really doesn't have a part in this that makes him a significant character.
