Review of Manhattan Murder Mystery (1993) by Chris S — 04 Jul 2008
Diane Keaton plays an adventurous, curious, and quirky character, which is quite different from her roles in other Woody Allen films. Like Allen's greatest comedy films Deconstructing Harry and The Purple Rose of Cairo, this comedy film has both laugh-out-loud moments and hilarious one-liners.
It somehow reminds me of the Alfred Hitchcock film Rear Window and also has a reference to the great film Double Indemnity.
