Review of Manhattan (1979) by Brian S — 28 Mar 2009
Definitely some of Allen's best work. while still masterfully laced with neurotically intellectual and esoteric humour, the film takes a more honest and dramatic turn presenting more of the human element in Allen's twisted universe.
razor-sharp wit and Fellini-like cinematography, this is a truly masterful work of art.
