Review of Manhattan (1979) by Paul P — 17 Dec 2011
After following up Annie Hall with Interiors and Manhattan you could've told me Woody Allen can fly and I would've believed you. This is yet another masterpiece in Allen's library. One of the best opening scenes ever.
Great Gershwin score, awesome black and white photography, fantastic performances and it manages to be sweet, smart, funny and touching all in one. Great movie!
