What can be done when your girlfriend is burned alive by a cult and you are tormented by a group of stoned supervillan bikers? if you are nicholas cage, you would take revenge using your crossbow and a weapon you made yourself.
after seeing the directors first movie, I was excited to see the new one, but it seems that he has somehow missed the mark with this film.
