There's a scene in the middle of Mandy that basically shifts the mood of the film so dramatically and brilliantly, that you'll remember it forever. The film does start out rather artistically..

long shots, not much happening, and probably will zap out the audience wondering where all the carnage is. But then that scene happens, and then all hell breaks loose. Quite a lot of fun. Who is Andrea Rosebrough? She's gorgeous in that backwoods kind of way.
