Dogville II - When Nature Calls. As I think I've read somewhere else, the best thing about this film may not be the film itself but the effect it had after having seen it. Reading up about what it was all about (or rather, other people's opinions about what it was all about) was quite fascinating and I probably spent more time doing that than the 130 minutes of the film itself.
Full frontal scene didn't hurt either.
