Manderlay is the second part of Lars Von Trier's "USA: Land Of Opertunities" Three Part Series. the film takes place right after dogville (which, all in all, was absoultly amazing, my personal favorite film ever, and it was alot better than this film) when grace stumbles apon an old plantation where slavery still exists, Grace tries to help the slaves by freeing them and getting them each jobs at the plantation.
this film can be interperted in many ways, from racism to war. this film was still definatly worth seeing, after Dogville.
