Saw the second showing at TIFF. One of the best films I've seen in years. Not only was the way it told Nelson Mandela's story very compelling, but the way they showed it as well. Beautiful cinematography helped this film jump to the next level.
The only thing that overshadows everything is Idris Elba's performance. This, in my opinion, surpasses Daniel Day Lewis in Lincoln. It may be one of the best I've ever seen. A must see!
