Incredible performance from affleck. he drags us down with him in this unrelenting and painful drama. As with any film dealing with such tragic circumstances I'm looking for hope and any seeds of recovery but these are scarce.
The film is compelling but drags and I'm left asking what was in it for me. Not sure I want to ensure this sort of pain for pains sake.
