Very very good. Jim Carrey is probably the only "funny guy" who can be both funny and dramatic at the same time and do it well. As always with biopics, after it finished the first thing I did was go onto YouTube and look up videos of Andy Kaufman, so the film did a great job of getting me interested in the real man and making me give a shit.
