Milos Forman's underrated black comedy Man on the Moon is the biographical real story about comedian Andy Kaufman's short but extraordinary life. A man who took the jokes to long, far to long, that nobody beleaved that he was actually dying of cancer.
This is the story about the man who cried wolf over and over again. Nobody else than Jim Carrey could have played Andy Kaufman, nobody else could have made as funny as Carrey, a real comedian.
