Great movie with a lot of heart. You can really feel the growth of Denzel from washed-up mercenary to reborn bodyguard to ruthless avenger. Also, one of my favorite quotes is in this movie by Christopher Walken:
"A man can be an artist at anything, food or whatever if youâ(TM)re good enough at it. Creasy's art is death, and he's about to paint his masterpiece!".
My only real issue is that Tony Scott's flashy editing got on my nerves a little bit. I like the style but it was a little overdone in this movie. He has since lessened it for others (Deja Vu, Taking of Pelham 123).
