Review of Man on Fire (2004) by Jordan D — 18 Jan 2013
Another entry in the usually bad "child is kidnapped, must destroy half a city to get her back" style of films, but this one stands out and is a great film. The acting was top-notch, nothing you could improve there really.
Some say it takes too long to get to the action bits but I thought that building the Creasy & Pita relationship is vital to a story like this. The editing and style of this movie is going to be love/hate with some people.
Personally I liked it but it could get a bit ridiculous at some times. Great movie all around though.
