Man on Fire's subject matter deserves it's treatment and style, not to forget it's odd cinematography and on the whole, the film is one of the best from director Tony Scott. Man on fire has a few of the most stunning plot twists that no other movie of it's genre has. Also, it has the best kidnap scene that I have seen so far and Denzel Washington gives quite a committed performance. It's not as violent as it's been called.
