2012 thriller with Sam Worthington, in which the premise is pretty much all there in the title!
Worthington is the man on the ledge, an ex-cop and escaped convict, who is actually using his suicide attempt as a cover for a diamond heist made by his brother (who helped him escape): a heist that he will use to prove his innocence from the crime he was convicted off (stealing that self-same diamond from a banker, who then claimed insurance on it).
A couple of obvious twists and turns and some OK-ish action scenes make this an enjoyable, if forgettable, watch.
