Review of Man of the Year (2006) by Josh G — 02 Mar 2009
A vintage Robin Williams comedy...hilarious! Great cast that delivers a great political satire. It also gives us a glimpse the dangers of a computerized voting system. BUT, it this a moral dilemma, political satire, thriller, or a love story? As a political satire, awesome.
As a movie with the rest, awful...it was too "all over the place" for it to be great in all areas. If they left the slight thriller aspect out and focused more on the moral dilemma as a sub-plot of the movie, it would've been so much better.
But I laughed hard in this one, been a while since we have seen Williams' comedic genius in a movie!
