Tommy Lee Jones can certainly be funny. Sometimes I think unintentionally so, but here he tries and succeeds. The "This is my happy face" line is hysterical, almost as good as "I don't care" from the Fugitive.
But the plot the is flimsy, so Jones provides a reason to watch as well as the females he is guarding.
