Directed and starring Keanu Reeves playing the main bad guy as Donaka Mark attempting to manipulate Chen Lin-Hu the man of Tai chi (Tiger Hu Chen) to participate underground fighting where the only the wealthiest are involved.
And the star eventually does as soon as the money becomes more appealing.
