Keanu Reeves' directorial debut is a mixed bag. Fantastic fight choreography combined with a riveting soundtrack really makes the action stand out. But the occasional CGI misfire and lack of a satisfying ending hamper what could have been a truly great film.
It's still worth a look however because of the great fights that take place in the first three quarters of runtime.
